MIKE FLORES, 75 years old, of Santa Maria, CA passed away at Marian Extended Care in Santa Maria on Wednesda, December 30, 2015. Mike was born in Betteravia,California on August 29,1940 to Dolores Carrillo Flores and Jose Flores.  He attended Santa Maria High School, where he graduated in 1959. He later went on to attend barber school in West Covina,CA and began his 25 year career as a local barber in Santa Maria. 

Mike always had an interest in law enforcement and became a volunteer with the Santa Maria Police Department. Prior to his passing he worked as a security guard at the FoodMax on North Broadway.  He enjoyed listening to trio music and playing the guitar and accordion.  His hobby was being a photographer and loved taking photographs of his family at different events. Mike is survived by sister Linda Gutierrez, his brother Raymond Flores, sister Alice Robles and numerous nieces and nephews  Those who preceded Mike in death were his beloved parents, Jose and Dolores Flores, brothers Rufdolf Flores, Ramiro Flores, Valentin Flores and Gonzalo Flores.

The family would ike to thank Marian regional Medical Center, Marian Extended Care and Marian Hospice for the care of Mike durimg his final days  and supporting the family through this time.
