Tom passed away surrounded by his family on January 12, 2021 at Delaware, Ohio. Left to cherish his memory are his two brothers, Bill (Sandi) Mills: and Allen Mills; his three children: son, Tommy Mills; his daughters Kym (Kurt) Kaelber and Andrea (Paul) Giorgi. Private family graveside services was held at the Waldo Cemetery with military honors conducted by the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 1095 of Delaware.

Although we didn't know it at the time Tom and I were in Vietnam at the same time. He from Fe67 to Feb68 and me from Feb67 to Mar 68 (Marines were still serving 13 month tours). We had a few conversations at the reunions in Guad.
